Popstar Katy Perry meet and greets fans at the launch of her new fragrance 'Purr' at Myer,Bourke Street in Melbourne, Australia.Katy also sent out a Twitpic of her nails,which are decorated in Royalty,honoring the Royal couple William & Kate.Pop the cork to see Katy's nails..
