Beyonce and Jay-Z left the Meurice Hotel while fighting off a slew of fans waiting to see the couple in Paris.They then headed to L'Avenue to have lunch with Beyonce's nephew Daniel Julez and his father.Jay Z apparently got a Boner Alert after sipping that wine with his wife,lol.Beyonce did her best to cover her hubby's mishap.Too funny!More after the jump..
